Hi, I’m Benedict. Math and I had a complicated relationship but I always liked building things, so I ended up studying computer science.
I’m curious about how the brain works, how that maps onto our everyday thinking and doing, and how math quietly shows up everywhere once you start looking. I read a lot, always open for recommendations, and I’m quite fond of drinking tea.
This is my digital garden. Notes on what I’m learning and thinking about, in English and German. Different topics feel like different languages to me. Most of it’s unfinished, and when the day comes that it is, it will be a sad one.
